  1. Annotate by Typing

Can we have the ability to annotate on a map by typing instead of drawing, and the typed notes would stay visible all the time, not only by clicking on a pin?

  2. Folders in Mapshots

Can we have an option to create folders in mapshots to organize the maps we save?

  3. Import data for new users error

I'm trying to import my students' user data but keep getting this message (see attached screenshot). If I enter it manually one by one, there's no field for school. How do I resolve this issue?

  6. Why can't I see my students

There needs to be a way for teachers to see the students that we have added. I know I added the students, but they don't appear. It is frustrating as I have to make multiple accounts to get them in.

  8. searching cities

Cities should be searchable from the same search box as countries.

  10. Resources map

In printed atlases, usually there is a map that shows natural resources.

  12. Compass rose, etc.

Give each map a compass rose and a legend. Also, expanded drawing tools (particularly a circle and color choices) would make these maps much more flexible for teacher use. It would also be helpful if you would allow the importation of jpeg/gif images in the layers.

  14. Resources in Spanish

Provide an option that students and teachers can toggle on and off to change the language settings (esp in Spanish), so that our English language learners can benefit from world atlas.

  16. searching for Canada and the U.S.

Although I can search for Canadian provinces and territories and U.S.states, I cannot search for Canada or the U.S.as countries toget the big picture.

  18. Just lucky I found this

I was so delighted to find this incredible atlas. I use it in so many ways. I am an avid flight sim buff and log all my trips here. and actually save them!! It is having my own personal map and log book.

    Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

  20. Physical Map with Political Boundaries/Labels Overlay Options AND Smaller Pins

    (1) Most map studies for students require physical maps with political boundaries, but NO NAMES OR PHYSICAL FEATURE LABELS. For example, students need to be able to identify and label "Rub' al Khali" on the physical map, but they also need to have the outline of the countries' borders so that they can locate each country and label it themselves. The best way to accomplish this might be to create separate overlays: "political borders", "capital locations (pins marking the locations of capitals without the names of the capitals)", "country names", "physical feature names" overlays.

    (2) The pins feature is useful…
